This page explains how you can permanently delete your
AYAS Health AI account and the data associated with it.
Processing Time: Most account deletion requests are completed within
7 days.
Delete Your Account Using the App (Recommended)
Open AYAS Health AI.
Go to Profile.
Open Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm your request.
Unable to Access the App?
If you cannot access your account, you can request account deletion by emailing us.

Registered email address
Registered mobile number
What Will Be Deleted?
Your profile information
Workout history
Nutrition and meal records
Health tracking data
Step count history
Weight logs
Habit tracking data
AI chat history
Social profile, posts, comments and challenges
App preferences
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
Security and fraud prevention records
Legal compliance records
Transaction records (if applicable)
Server logs required for system security
Such information is retained only for the period required by applicable laws or legitimate security requirements and is permanently removed thereafter.
